Welcome to the healthiest, happiest, and yes, possibly the quirkiest corner of the internet fitness world – What the F(it)!

…..and YES sorry this maybe the second time you get this (what can I say it’s a journey of learning)

We're thrilled to have you join our community, and we promise it's going to be one heck of a wellness ride.

Our mission is simple: to help you discover the secrets of health and fitness while adding in a splash of humor. Why? Because we believe that the journey to wellness should be as fun as it is rewarding.

In the coming weeks, expect to see a delightful mix of expert insights, delicious recipes, workouts that will make you sweat (in a good way), and, of course, a whole lot of humor. We're here to educate everyone on everything fitness, from the basics to the downright bizarre.
