The Greg Glassman Effect

I've had the privilege of meeting Greg Glassman, the visionary behind CrossFit, on several occasions. What struck me most was his humility, passion, and genuine care for the community. He's a man who created a fitness revolution but remains grounded and deeply connected to the people he's empowered.

A Tarnished Crown

However, it's impossible to talk about CrossFit without acknowledging the shadow cast by the CrossFit Games hype. While the Games showcase incredible athletes and their extraordinary feats, they can sometimes overshadow the everyday heroes who make up the CrossFit community. It's essential to remember that CrossFit is not just about elite competition; it's about empowering everyone to lead healthier lives.

My Love Affair with CrossFit

CrossFit is not just what I do; it's what I love. It's a workout, a community, and a philosophy that has reshaped the way I approach fitness and life. It's about inclusivity, scalability, community, and the relentless pursuit of self-improvement. While the glare of the CrossFit Games may sometimes obscure these values, they remain at the heart of what makes CrossFit truly special.

So, here's to the box (CrossFit gym), the barbell, the friends who become family, and the endless pursuit of being better than yesterday. In the world of fitness, CrossFit is more than a trend; it's a timeless love affair with health, strength, and the incredible human spirit.

The Fabulous Frenchmen, Fabien Loaec

Since 2015, my passion for sports has guided me on a journey dedicated to strength training and Crossfit, intensifying my commitment from 2019 to 2023. Simultaneously, my status as a certified sports coach since 2019 has allowed me to work independently.

Passionate about sports f rom a young age, my commitment is evident in everything I undertake, performed with unwavering devotion. Between 2019 and March 2023, I maintained a rigorous t raining regimen, with about 2 sessions per day, totalling nearly 4 hours daily, six days a week, adopting a Crossfit competitor's mindset. (Note from Liam: Elite athlete)

Sponsored by the Foodspring brand, I enjoyed stable income, allowing increased availability for training. However, this energetic investment did not afford me enough time to fully dedicate myself to my coaching project. Following the conclusion of my nearly 7-year collaboration with the brand in March 2023, I chose to take control of my destiny on the entrepreneurial front and dive into my real passions.

From here I developed a strong relationship with the 'UNCOMMON SUCCESS' network played a crucial role in my evolution and continues to do so daily. It is within this network and through exchanges with its members that the idea of the NEURODENSE method emerged.

In a conversation with Keegan Smith, founder of Uncommon Success, I shared my vision for an online business, particularly my desire to classify individuals based on their NEUROLOGICAL PROFILE. In the common emails I will teach you more about this, what it is, how it is sed and how it can benefit you.

Personalized training, optimizing both their physical performance and psychological well-being, fostering lasting motivation. This approach, already in existence, did not fully address the challenges that most individuals face, especially in terms of training availability.
That's where the Dense Strength method, already familiar, emerged as a solution. When Keegan mentioned this method, a revelation occurred: 'NEURO DENSE.’ For several months now, I have dedicated myself to creating this revolutionary method, a fusion of concepts that I will develop in more detail later on. 

I know this sounds confusiing but i am excited to open your eyes to optimise your performance and balance out the connection of body and mind.
